To cancel a reservation made via our online reservation system, you may only do so via telephone or email. The online system has no capability to handle cancellation requests.

More than 14 days prior to check-in date >>   Full Refund of Deposit Less Handling Charge of C$25

14 days or less prior to check-in date >>   Cancellation Charge of Deposit Amount or one night's charges plus taxes, whichever is greater.
