This is our third destination on our honeymoon, and I think the best ! We stayed in a fancy - smancey hotel the first night, but I prefer Griffin Lake Lodge ! It is so quiet, cozy and our hosts were great ! I think I'm going to tell everyone who comes out this way to make a stop here. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Fate brought us here on the second night of our honeymoon, and this beautiful place will forever be a part of our life together. It rekindles and inspires our creative souls.

I arrived here with the intent to propose to my girlfriend. But how?
Wayne and Heather were so helpful. Wayne recommended a nice secluded spot and when the weather gave out, he let me use the canoe supplies shelter by the lake. Heather prepared a special order of food, which was just as delicious as her incredible breakfasts. In the end everything turned out perfect, and we got engaged right at the edge of the lawn. Otherwise, the trip has been incredible. We crawled into fairy tale homes at the Enchanted Forest, bathed in the hot springs at Nakusp, toured Griffin Lake on the canoe and hiked through Revelstoke's wetlands. The trip has been a blast and we have nearly 100 photos from three days. Thanks Heather and Wayne for everything. I promise we'll be back.

Marc and I were feeling a wee bit unlucky on our B.C. vacation because we'd had such unfortunate bad weather. We were considering heading back to Edmonton early when we happened to stumble on this beautiful place while we were searching for a campground. Suddenly our luck completely changed. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious, and to our surprise the sun even came out! We got to go hiking, canoeing, and we discovered a new-found passion for Scrabble. We got to truly relax in the last few days we've spent here, and we can't thank you enough for this opportunity. You are both so kind, friendly, and hospitable that you've made our vacation here really special. This is the first time we'd ever stayed in a Bed and Breakfast, and you've set a very high standard that will be difficult for others to match. Thank you both so much for all the effort you put into making our stay this wonderful. We wish you all the best in the future with this place, and I assure you that we'll definitely be back (maybe we'll be married by then) Thanks again.

Deposits

All honeymoon reservations require a 50% deposit (at the time of booking) of the total reservation charge plus tax, or one night stay plus tax, whichever is greater.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check in. Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD. If you book within 30 days of arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 30-day cancellation policy:

  • if you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking there will be a $50 service fee
  • if you cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice, the deposit and final payment will be retained unless we are able to re-rent the unit in which case you will be refunded for each night that can be re-booked, less the $50 service fee.
  • no refunds for arrivals later than the original check in date, for early departures or for no-shows
