We had an exquisite time - so picturesque! Being so near the Trans Canada Highway, I wasn't sure if the traffic would keep us awake, but once inside our room, it was peaceful and quiet and we got a sound sleep in a lovely, comfy sleigh bed. The bonfire after a fabulous meal was very cozy and inviting. Wayne and Heather are very gracious hosts and everything was perfect - meals , bed and surrounding lake - we'll definitely be back again!

As we turned in off the highway we thought "wow" - and things just got better. The lovely feel of your home; a beautiful room with nothing forgotten; a range of amusing little "extras" all around; the sight of the moon rising over the mountain and glistening on the lake (which we have never witnessed before and was so special); the friendly rumble of the CPR (which has been an interesting presence for much of our holiday); the warmth and coziness of the sitting room; your pictorial record of creating this place (we empathized with you on your comments about storage, the dust and covering up the wires); waiting for the sun to brighten the slopes and fall on the lake: observing 5 bald eagles, one flying very close: taking a pre-breakfast stroll to the sound of other birds (dippers); and returning to our chosen breakfast with home-made bread. Now perhaps a little canoe before we tear ourselves away...? Thank you so much!

What a beautiful and tranquil place you have here. We've only been a few minutes here and we already feel relaxed and fully appreciative of our surroundings. You've both done a remarkable job of putting this place together to suit any and everyone's taste. This jornal says it all, as each guest took the time to express all such positive comments. Between the setting, the hard work put into renovating, the decor, the food, the sightseeing, the sheets, your amazing personalities, etc., etc., etc., we believe you're in the right business. Thanks for making our time here such a bliessing of pleasant memories. Just wished we could have stayed longer. Good luck with this B&B.
